  • Bespoke training plan tailored to your goals

  • Guidance on progression, rest, recovery, and mindset

  • Check-in call mid-way through the programme

Holistic Movement + Wellbeing Package (4 sessions)

A hybrid approach combining movement, stress management, and lifestyle coaching to restore balance in body & mind.

Includes:

  • 2x Personal Training Sessions (60 min)

  • 2x Health & Lifestyle Coaching Sessions (60 min)
