4 session personalised programme, created just for you, to be used in 6 weeks.
Ideal if you want expert guidance to train independently at home or the gym.

  • Initial consultation (45 min)

  • 3 personal training / review sessions (45min)

  • Bespoke training plan tailored to your goals

  • Guidance on progression, rest, recovery, and mindset

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Check-in call mid-way through the programme

Integrated Wellbeing Package

A hybrid approach combining movement, stress management, and lifestyle coaching to restore balance in body & mind. To be used over 10 weeks.

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation (45min)

  • 3x Personal Training Sessions (60 min)

  • 2x Health & Lifestyle Coaching Sessions (60 min)

Perfect for women feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies who want a gentle, empowering reintroduction to movement.
